Baby Wrestling Prop Outfit



When i was asked if i could make a wrestling outfit i was not sure but i don’t like to say no until i have at least tried it. The customer is very pleased with the out come and i have to say it was a big pain to figure out but worth it once it was done.

New Born Crocet Wrestling Outfit


ch-chain  sc- single crocet slsp- slip stitch

dc- double crocet

any yarn and color of choice I used an H hook

EARMUFFS:



Magic ring

1. 6sc in the ring pull tight

2. 2 sc in each st around (12)

3. 1sc, 2 sc tog in each st around (18)

4. 2 sc, 2 sc tog in each stitch around (24)

5. 3 sc, 2 tog in each stitch around (30)

6. 4 sc, 2 tog in each stitch around (36)

Fasten off.

Chain 20 HDC in 2nd chain from the hook. 1 hdc in each remaining stitch. tie off make 3

Chain 20 HDC in the 2nd chain from hook. HDC in the next 7 stitches, DC in the next 3 stitches, HDC in the remaning stitches, ch 1 turn, SC in the next 8 stitches, DC in the next 3, SC in the remaining stitches. tie off.

Attach the strands 2 on each side they should be positioned 1 around the bottom of the back of the head. 1 around the back of the top of the head. one around the forehead and the the last one with the guard around the chin. attach the ends to the circles you made earlier. the circles go over the ears i used a baby doll to show you.



Singlet

Chain 60 and slst together at the very first stitch. Chain 2 and DC around slst each end together 9 rounds .

Chain 2 DC around leaving 5 undone, chain 2 and turn, DC around still leaving the 5 undone. fasten off.

Lay out your piece flat with the undone stitches facing up. tie the yarn at the end and SC 7 stitches Ch 1 turn, 1sc 1 sc 2tog, 1sc, 1sc2tog, 1sc, chain 1 and turn. sc 2 sc2tog, sc 1, ch 1 turn. sc 1, sc 2tog, sc 1, ch1 turn. sc in the last 3 stitches chain 1 and turn. do 17 rounds of 3 sc chaining 1 and turning before each round add rounds if needed.tie off. once you have that one done flip it over to the other side tie on yarn even with the back piece and repeat the steps except when you get to the last 3 sc sew the strand to the new piece you just made this will be the arm piece. repeat on the other side.

To do the legs lay it flat once more and in the middle count out 6 sc so you have 12 on each side of it. tie yarn in the 7th st on either side and sc around 27 sc slip into the very first sc you did were you tied on the yarn this will make a circle Ch2 and Dc around slsp at the end of each round repeat 2 rounds add rounds for the lenght you want. tie off.repeat on the other side remember leaving the 6sc in the middle undone. once you have the 2nd leg done tie off.



Chain 7 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook and sc in the remaining 6 stitches. chain 1 dc in each stitch around 2 rounds before fastening off make sure it fits in the middle space of the pants if not add another row. fasten off. take the end of the piece you just made and place it in the space between the legs and grab the other end and place in on the other side and sew the 4 pieces together. fasten off sew in all your ends. Add a border if you chose to.
