Tie off leaving a long tail to sew to the back of the bat.
using the long strand sewing it through your work tie you get it into the middle and using your needle place it in th back of your back about 11 rows up from the bottom and go all the way up to the to abut 3 rows from head pull the string through. place the wing wide part at the top on the back of your bat and using your needle take the string that you have just placed inside the back of your bat and continue to go down the middle of the wing with it.
Once you get the yarn to the bottom on the wing pull it tight to give it a scrunched up look not to much though. Then tie it off.
Now you have a cute baby shower gift. stay tuned for more rattles to come...
